Family Vacay 2025

Great house and convenient location for beach shopping and walking. The kitchen was a little skimpy if you’re planning to cook but workable. We’ll likely book it again. Love to see a few more seats in the family room.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this property with our 3 adult children, spouses and grandchildren (ages 12,3 and 1). Sleeping arrangements along with the living spaces were very comfortable. We had an amazing time. Beach access was wonderful, pool and activities in the back yard were a great addition. We loved gathering on the front porch to see the beach early morning, passersby's and one night there was an unbelievable thunderstorm over the ocean. We had a great safe view! Any questions or minor issues we had prior to our stay and during our stay were answered by the BaskAway team in an a very timely manner. Overall our experience was terrific!

Disappointing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt the need to notify potential clients. We arrived with dirty floors. The dishwasher is not bolted and the top rack is completely broken. Only 6 lounge chairs for pool. One of which is broken and can’t use. The 1 janky umbrella was in the trash. I called to get the chair and umbrella replaced. They brought an umbrella 2 days later and never fixed the chair. There is only 1 couch for a 6 bedroom house for 16 potential tenants. 1 picnic table for kitchen table. There is plenty of room for extra seating for living room and dining. The coffee maker leaked and had a small basket for coffee grounds. Such an easy fix. The kitchen was very skimpy and needs updated pots and pans. On a positive note the bedrooms and baths were great with plenty of towels and toiletries. Beds are comfortable and the AC was fantastic. It is a great location.
