Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited with my two adult children. Probably one of the nicest condos we've stayed in recent years-very nicely updated. The view was breathtaking, as if we could reach out and touch the water even though we were on the 10th floor.

We cleaned everything up. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. We thought it may have been off the track. Otherwise the condo was quiet and to our liking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the same unit because we love that particular one. When we reserved this unit back in March of this year we did not receive any notification that the pool/hot tub and surrounding area was a complete mess and not usable. We didn't find out until we looked over the balcony. It was so disppointing!!! The unit seemed clean but the towels, that were wrapped in one of our bundles, were dirty. There were no trashcans nor trashbags in the bathrooms. There was also no instruction on how to use each TV. We continually got error messages on the main one in the den. Not everyone is familiar with Spectrum Cable. We all have streaming services.

I wore my flip flops for extra traction. The 3rd bedroom could use a cable box especially if you are on a girls trip with no children. The kitchen was very ill equiped. We had to buy a baking sheet to make biscuits (which we left), The pans were in terrible condition. Very little selection on mixing bowls. In general if you plan on cooking, this is not the place to stay,The condo was fairly clean. The was some kind of red sauce splattered on the wall beside the stove and above on the ceiling. The cabinets were dirty. The bedroom floors were dirty. In general, with covid, I expected more cleanliness. The beach was great. The pools were clean. Overall, I will stay elsewhere in the future,

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Building a bit old. Indoor spa closed for repair during the whole stay. Indoor pool was not inviting... Condo was as per picture. 3 bedrooms. However short of dishes, pots and pans for a party of 4. A/C not strong enough for condo even when the outside tempreture was less than 75. Can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer time. Cleaning was ok and the mattress were perfect.
