“The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. This space is very cool and hip. Bathrooms could use some attention (toilets were bady soiled with yellow stains and brown „stuff” and some tp was available only in two stalls), but for the price I think it was a great value. I had some neighbors that decided to have a couples fight at 11pm that ended up with solid screaming and crying and then they decided to listen to some music full on. I finally got up and asked them to keep it……

“We gathered some friends and family who used to go to Coachella together to rent this house, hang out and watch the livestream of the festival in mid-April (since we're too damn old to go anymore, haha). Overall the house was really great and pretty much just as advertised. The big bummer was that the weather ended up being cold, windy, and rainy to the point where we stopped heating the pool on day 1 (to save on propane costs) because there was just no way to enjoy it unfortunately. “The cottage, the park and the staff are excellent. Close to many restaurants and shops as well. The only minor thing is the location of Hemet itself and the lack of attractions.”
