「Set in beautiful surroundings with lots of walks on your doorstep and two local dog friendly pubs that serve food. The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. 「Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little .」

「The lodge was exactly as described. Surrounded by a large green garden and woodland and hedgerow. It is off the beaten track but this made it perfect for a quiet getaway. Waking in the morning to see a deer grazing was an absolute treat. Also got visited by a Pheasant as well as a very healthy looking fox!! A previous review mentioned some dodgy Wifi, but after bumping into the lovely owner of the property it got resolved, so absolutely no complaints at all. Did not go there for Wifi anyway!...

「Spent the weekend here with friends for my birthday. Really lovely place, large and spacious...looks better than it did in the pictures. We loved the large kitchen and conservatory. It had all the amenities one would need. The property managers were very responsive via email and text. Our only let down was that the hot tub had broken down.」
