「A nice place, but adjust your budget. Everything listed as available turns out to be excluded from the cost listed at Expedia. You pay extra for cleaning, electricity, pool access, beach beds, air conditioning, bed linen, shower towels etc. We did not have the barbecue, but assumed it was also separate. Bring your own hair dryer. That being said, it was a beautiful place, close to the beach and with multiple restaurants in close vicinity. Car is helpful for groceries」

「We stayed one week at this lovely house in Tertenia. We were 6 adults and one toddler. The house is exactly what you can see on the pictures. It is clean, has a really cool outdoor kitchen and different places for spending your time in the garden (eating&relaxing). There were two big bathrooms with shower(s) and one additional outdoor shower. The beach is a few minutes walk away, also a supermarket. But what really makes it special is the service of Ilaria. 「Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war tip top sauber und ist total schön eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool mehrmals gereinigt. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und sardisches Gebäck. Und wann immer wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten war Maria erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert.」

「Sehr saubere und verspielt eingerichtete Wohnung, fast soviel Ausstattung und Deko, dass man kaum Platz findet um seine eigenen Sachen abzustellen. Der Ort hat wohl seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Die Strände an der Costa Rei (30 Minuten mit dem Auto) sind hingegen fantastisch.」

「Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wunderschöne Bepflanzung. Pool und Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand und hochwertig ausgestattet. Sauberkeit top. Der CheckIn und genauso der CheckOut waren schnell erledigt. Ugo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage der Anlage unbedingt von Nöten. Am sehr schönen Strand Foxi Manna ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten. Nuraghe Longu ist zu Fuß erreichbar und definitiv auch einen Besuch wert. Perfekt....

「Overall a lovely place, rustic and quiet if you are looking for a rural stay (not overly developed). On site restaurant was good (breakfast, lunch and dinner; staff was great; excellent view over looking the sea. Close to other restaurants and local fruit/veggie vendors; grocery close by as well. Beach near by was clean and water warm.」

「DerAufenthalt war sehr schön, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles sofort erledigt wenn was nicht gepasst hat. Waren viel mit den Motorrädern unterwegs, super Ausgangspunkt für schöne Tagestouren. Der Pool war super, wurde jedenTag gereinigt und PH-Wert gemessen. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Haus/Objekt ist von meiner Seite aus sehr weiter zu empfehlen.」

「The pictures are completely misleading, we didn't get a room as described in Hotels.com, there wasn't any cutlery or dishes for 5 people, the whole furniture dated from the 80s (TV, air con, bathroom, toilet) We had plastic cup when checking in and had to request the reception to provide us with proper glasses.
