“Everything was good nice place, nice staff, welcoming environment great air conditioning systems. i just wish they were more attentive to changing out our sheets and towels and providing us with those necessities and well and tidying up the room dialy.”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Great air conditioning”

“My sheets had a stain. Found a hair in the faucet that wasn’t ours. Had an issues with leaky ceiling that wet the bed due to that we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. There was no running water. Once in the new room had a horrible accident the bathroom door fell on my friends foot was immobile after that and our trip was cut short.”

“J’ai séjourné 4 nuits La 2 e journée la chambre n’avait pas été faite J’ai texté l’employé car il n’y a jamais personne à la réception. J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau……

“Mi estadía fue buena, pero hay varios aspectos que podrían mejorar. El desayuno es muy limitado, el menú no es claro y prácticamente hay que salir del hotel para encontrar más opciones. Además, el servicio en el área de comida no fue muy amable ni orientó adecuadamente sobre las opciones disponibles. También hay pocos espacios para sentarse durante el desayuno y falta información importante al momento del check-in. Si tu tarifa incluye créditos o beneficios, asegúrate de utilizarlos, ya que no……

“Staff was lovely, especially Jay at the front desk who helped me when I suddenly needed a room last minute. Room was beautiful and it was extra comfy for my solo trip. Pool was cute and overall a gorgeous place. Be careful of the streets outside though as some of the people walking through are questionable. The hotel itself was lovely!”

“Very helpful staff, clean rooms, Air conditioning works all the time never had any problems. Staff may not be there for certain periods of time which is odd. I ended up calling a corporate number just to get in during certain times of the night. It’s nice because it’s near la placitia and viejo san juan as they’re both 5-10 mins away driving wise. Beds are also really comfy”
