“When we got there I reached out to the maintenance and told them the sheets were dirty. They didn't clean the room until we left 4 days later”

“Everything was good nice place, nice staff, welcoming environment great air conditioning systems. i just wish they were more attentive to changing out our sheets and towels and providing us with those necessities and well and tidying up the room dialy.”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“I loved how close everything was. staff was super nice and my room was very clean. Try not to get a city view. It is very loud and construction starts very early. Besides that everything was great!”

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“The location is amazing, lots of restaurants and bars steps from the place. The main plazas and castles are 15/20 minutes away. We got the apartment on the basement and it was perfect for us (me, husband and 6 month old baby). With the feeling that we were living “back in time” the room has a big bed, a crib and nice living room area (with a mini fridge) that we hangout when it got too hot out. The Terraza is 10/10 we wish we had stayed longer in town to spend more time there.”

“The staff working at the property were AMAZING! And the location was very central to everything in old San Juan. So many shops, restaurants and bars within a 5-10 min walk. The cons were that there was a leak in the roof, the comforter had what looked a like stain, The AC in the room didn’t get very cold, the humidity in the room was really bad and left a “wet” like smell in the room. For the price, and how sweet and tentative the staff was, I’d recommend staying here. There were two parking……

“Bed bugs, mold, broken walls, cold showers. Not to mention there was a blackout period. The only good thing is that they were very accommodating and I got a partial refund. 1/5 would not recommend, don’t come, never booking again!!!”

“Tha room has no windows. Very small. Bad odor. No hot water. El cuarto sin ventanas super pequeño y no agua caliente. Es un protocolo extenso para hospedarse.La comunicación es por celular si te contestan.”
