“We booked a comfort room as the others weren’t available. The room is spotless, bed is comfortable, pillows are okay. But the comfort room is compact. The wardrobe is rather small. Not much of space to walk around. However the bathroom has large shower with great water pressure. I wouldn’t book Comfort room in the future. “We arrived at the unit to find a set of keys in an easily operable lockbox outside. Upon entering the unit, we found a well-furnished, roomy space that comfortably housed us and our 2 teenagers with 2 bedrooms, a semi-private living room with sofabed that was already made up for us, 2 large full bathrooms, and even a private terrace. “This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. Things to improve: its a/c doesn’t really cool due to room size and door/windows unsealed. The bathroom is extremely unsafe. Yet i recommend it for solo or……

“My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel has been beautifully restored and has many modern features while keeping its historic charm. The outside landscaping is spectacular, and we really enjoyed walking around the property or having a drink outside. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and every need was taken care of.
