"The whole experience was fantastic. Location next to Cathedral (central), friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. Room was larger for a European room, bed was comfortable, shower was tricky, but once we figured out how it works, it was perfect. Restaurant was good (but there are so many other options walking distance from hotel we only ate there once. Offered umbrellas when it was supposed to rain, concierge worked to get us seats at Flamenco show. Made shuttle to ship pier available - just couldn’t have been a better experience. "

"Fantastic location. Our room had a balcony with view of Casa Batilo which looked beautiful when all lit up at night. There was a quiet lounge where you could chill out and the rooms were quiet, clean spacious with lively bed linen. The staff were very professional and friendly with 24 hour reception. The area was an incredible place to stay - lots of walkable sights and surrounded by shops and bars. "

"This hotel is wonderful! It’s very centrally located, beautiful, and in a safe area. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. From the moment we checked in, they helped us prepare one of the rooms early because our child was sick. During our stay, they also helped us with printing and gave us excellent local recommendations. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, and the hotel has a great system for providing drinkable water. If we return to Barcelona, we’ll definitely stay here again! Oh, and the rooftop offers a stunning view — the sunsets with a perfect view of La Sagrada Família were absolutely amazing."
