“We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent. If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay”

This time, Jessica, the front desk manager, reached out to me before my arrival to ensure my request for a fully elevator-accessible room—and one without any water leak issues—was taken care of. “We loved our stay - the room was really clean, quiet and cosy and the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is located very close to all the popular attractions and it’s easy to get around with tube and tram stops close by. There are also some lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The only one thing I would say is that I found the bed a little uncomfortable, it was too hard for my liking, but that’s just personal preference. Thanks for a great……
