“Hotel accueillant, très propre. Surtout l'accueil d'un propriétaire passionné et attentif. Il est sorti sous la pluie pour nous aider avec les bagages. Thématique des arts partout dans l'hôtel. Une très belle expérience.”

“We had a very, very nice stay. A big room and bathroom. A good dinner with a perfect wine. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our week in Italy. The owner is very dedicated to give good service. The big pool looks nice, but it is October so we took a walk into Citta` della Pieve instead.”

“La Piccola Locanda is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk. The owner sends an email before check in date explaining this “Albergo diffuso accomodation concept” meaning they can place you anywhere, the check in time are only from 11:00 - 2:45 and 6 -11:00 pm. The owner left me the keys on top of a barell, the entrance to the building was like a storage, no elevator, I dragged my suitcase 5 stair flights, and I was alone in the whole building, very scary! I ended up staying somewhereelse!”

The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. “Great accommodation & excellent position for walking to old town and restaurants. The lake was a short stroll away. The manager, Stefano, was excellent with helpful ideas for trips in the area. Breakfast with Gluten Free availability was perfect.”
