The hotel hardware can be improved. The hot water is not very hot, although the hotel response very fast after we complained and improved the water temperature for next few days I stayed.

“It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!”
