"The room is kept clean and comfortable, but the entire hotel seems to be aging with little updating. The food options onsite are limited and pricey. The staff seemed overwhelmed having to manage all of the onsite orders, room service, and the bar with two people visibly working most days. The parking appears to be crumbling. The room is meant for four, we had a party of three but consistently received only two bath towels. The shower products were all empty our first morning, the safe didn’t work, the bathroom has no noticeable ventilation, we had no “do not disturb” option, and the fitness center had 1 of 3 treadmills and 1 of 3 elliptical machines working. There were no towels every morning we entered the fitness center, and the wipes to clean the machines ran out. The pool is decent, beyond the jumping children whose parents clearly interpreted no diving as cannon balls being acceptable. The showers to wash off before the pool were not used by anybody else while there; we used them but the water was ice cold. The location, onsite coffee from Starbucks, and cleanliness are the most redeeming qualities of our stay."

"I would give Amenities a 4, but having to pay for WIFI is such a weird thing these days. Otherwise, the staff is totally on point, to the nines with attire and appearance, politeness and take care of business efficiently. Place is spotless!! For its age. "

"Great entrance and decor on property, Staff was super nice and got me checked in early.Stayed in the basement floor the hallways had a bad smell for a few hours but thankfully didn’t go into the room.Room was clean and small but cute for 2 people, only wish they had more amenities for example my wife needed a makeup remover/qtips. Regardless we did have a great stay the hotel is in a great location !!"

"The European style rooms are tiny, but they are comfortable and well equipped. Loved the tech. Check-in was easy and the people helping very nice. The absolute biggest downside is they do not have parking. So you need to include $24 per 12 hours at a non-affiliated parking garage with a walk to the hotel bringing your luggage unless you have a second person you can drop off with your luggage and then go park."

"Great hotel, very clean and large! Windows were a bit difficult to open but overall I will stay here again. Easy to tourist attractions and trains "
