Amsterdam Museum Perron Oost Hotels

"Great hotel for visiting Amsterdam. Whilst it isn't central, it's three tram stops from Centraal station, and the tram is only a few minutes walk, you can see the hotel from where you come up the stairs from the tram. Staff were really friendly and helpful and all spoke good English. Marichu at breakfast was so kind and welcoming. The room was modern and clean. There was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the room which was handy. Pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. There was bacon or sausages (alternate days), scrambled egg, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes... the scrambled egg tasted a bit weird like it was powdered, but other than that fantastic. Waffle machine for fresh waffles (two flavours), yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats, cheese, olives... everything you could want. They had a secure room to store our luggage on the last day which was handy as we had an evening flight. The toilets in the lobby were immaculate. All in all a fantastic hotel in a good location for visiting the city, and a great price for what you get. I would definitely return if visiting Amsterdam again"

"The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect central location. The restaurants were great and the service gracious. The room was comfortable. What made it spectacular was that I fell and injured myself on the ice (record cold during my stay), a member of the bell staff found out, and the night manager called me, and everyone on the staff was very helpful. They even sent a messenger out to purchase Ibuprofen for me, and delivered ice packs to my room. Thy made the stay very personal. It was not my best trip to Amsterdam, but one of the most caring hotel experiences I've ever had. "

"Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The walk to the tram stations is manageable normally, but dragging a heavy suitcase through snow and ice made it feel longer than it actually is. The staff at check in were excellent. Kate at the reception desk deserves a mention because she was incredibly friendly and genuine. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying. "

"Great location and the room was perfect, enough space for all of us with an en-suite as well, shower was hot and powerful. The check in process was very easy and (although we didn’t use them) the option to leave bags in lockers was a nice touch. We had a lovely stay here! "
