This is a clean and spacious condo in a great location. The twin bed up in the loft is a trundle, so sleeps two people and someone could easily sleep on the couch in the loft too. Condo had everything we needed for a great stay and the management company was very responsive. We had the best stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved it here! The layout was great and it's bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location was awesome. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Everything went very smoothly.

Roomy, modern, well-apportioned condo within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer! Very comfortable accommodations for 3 couples and 2 adult children. Excellent communication by the property manager... a 5 star!

The facility was very adequate..but the air had been set very high so it was really HOT when we arrived. I was disappointed that there was not a rack to help get our suitcases and food up to our room..that meant many trips. I called about the floor fan and was told to try plugging it in someplace else..which I had already tried . It never worked for the entire week and the air never could keep up..The loft was really warm..so no one wanted to be up there. The lock system changing in the middle of the week was very confusing since it was changed before we had been notified. Thank you for asking about the visit.. other than this the week was great..

Great location relative to Grand Haven City Beach! Only 7 minute drive. Being located above retail & near street; there was a lot of road noise. We bought a box fan to drown out noise to help us sleep. Bring extra pillows & blankets too! Mattress was fair. They provided plenty of towels (beach towels too)& toilet tissue. Plenty of dishes & flatware. Toaster & coffee maker very basic. But, there’s a Biggby Coffee shop in the parking lot. They had 2 beach chairs for use too.

We had a wonderful time in Grand Haven and at this property. We did have some trouble with a bed with no linens, but that was resolved via a call to the property management company. Some of the chairs were broken by a previous tenant (and noted in the laundry area) so some of us had to eat on very high seats or on our coolers. Even so, we will stay here again! We attended Walk the Beat and celebrated a wedding anniversary with friends we've known for over 50 years. Thank you for helping to make our trip memorable, happy, and fulfilling.

It was a great condo for a stay with my family of 4 and my sister's family of 3. We were all comfortable and had a great stay in this spacious condo. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again if we are in Grand Haven for another stay.

We enjoyed staying at your property. It was a very nice condo, with four bedrooms, each with a Queen sized bed. The kitchen/living room area was very nice. We were able to walk to downtown Grand Haven (not quite a mile), or to the pier each day (a little over two miles). It was nice to not have to take a car everywhere. Our only complaint is that we were right next to the highway and it is very noisy at night. I would recommend bringing a white noise maker to use at night while you are sleeping. Overall it was a lovely place and we really enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend at this amazing vacation rental. From the time of booking to check out, our stay was extremely organized. The condo is much larger than it appears on the photos, nicely decorated, and the location is prime. We arrived on Friday night and enjoyed dinner at the Paisley Pig which we highly recommend. It was so nice coming back everyday to a comfortable condo. I would also like to mention the neighbors are very friendly. Thank you for helping to make this much needed vacation memorable. We will definitely return!

The rental company was great, the condo was clean and appeared exactly like the pictures. It is a modern condo with all the basics you need. The location is nice, a very short and quick ride to downtown and the beach. We loved everything except there is a fair amount of traffic noise since it’s next to 31. It was our first time in Grand Haven and we feel like we hit the jackpot with this rental.
