“The property was very clean and conveniently attached to a restaurant/bar. The staff were AMAZING! The young lady at the reception desk was full of smiles and let us borrow a uk plug for our chargers! We only brought America plugs! Also, Sara Jean in the restaurant was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel very welcome and gave us some good advice for what to do in York! It was such a great experience! I recommend if you’re looking for a quiet spot out in the country! ”

“We were in Edinburgh for an extra few nights unexpectedly and booked “3 Johns Place” last minute. We absolutely loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the shower was new and modern. I would give it more stars if I could. Easy check-in, accommodating staff, beautiful facility. 12/10. “Our room was clean and comfortable - very charming. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Loved the quaint atmosphere - the meals in the gastropub were very tasty. The only concern we had is that the bed was a little too hard for us and the pillows too soft - but features like that are very subjective so that might not be a problem for you!
