Mussoorie Family Hotel

"Very good spacious room. Helpful staff in all areas. "

"Had great experience at the hotel. You should consider this hotel if visiting Mussoorie. This hotel is the best attraction of the city."

"It was a pleasure to stay at The mall palace hotel, service staff was very good and hotel cleanness is too good..."

"Great property"

"This is a lovely property with nice scenic settings. Rooms are quite clean and well kept. The staff are kind and courteous and near to all attractions. I will highly recommend this"

"I give them bonus points for location and hospitality. The property needs minor repairs and pest control for cockroaches."

"Nice rooms and hotel, good location and food options were pretty good. Me and my family loved our stay here."

"It's a cozy stay.. Will visit again ❤️"

"This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had...

"It is a decent stay option but far away from mall road. I stayed in Luxury suite but it was nit luxurious as per 3* star hotel standards. Tea/ Cofee/ Complimentary water bottle/ hand towel were missing in the room. Intercom was not working. Staff was cooperative and served good food"

"The property was at amazing location with very cooperative staff"

"We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend."

"If you are planning to enjoy in Mussorie, then this stay is not for you. if you are already mussorie multiple times and dont have anything to do then this is good."

"Staff was very courteous and hotel is well placed near mall road"

"Just smell in toilet otherwise everything is excellent including view of Valley 👍"

"Clean room, excellent staff and amazing breakfast options"

" Beautiful view excellent food and service 😊"

" Beautiful location as well as a nice clean room and friendly staff. "

"The hotel was a wonderful surprise, great views and sitting areas. They rooms are great but they need to check them once prior to checking the guests in. Some corners were a bit dusty, nothing a little attention would not take care of. What would be great would be if they had a free shuttle from the hotel to the town area, the taxis charge too much when called up to the hotel for round trips."

"Provided us the worst room, which was completely different from what shown on the site. The room was stinking and felt like it had not been used for weeks. After multiple arguments, they shifted us to the other room, which was somewhat better but not the same as shown on the site. The restaurant area was occupied by some men who were shouting and drinking and looked shady."
