Rooms are good but the network is a major issue in the hotel. Neither mobile internet works nor the free wifi provided by the hotel. Towels were not clean. No area for drivers to stay.

Terrible Stay. Unfortunately, my stay was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The check-in process was inefficient, the overall service was below expectations, and the in-room dining experience was particularly poor. I had to make several follow-up calls to receive my order, and the food quality was extremely disappointing. The check-out process was equally frustrating, with considerable delays in retrieving my luggage. To add to the inconvenience, my car was blocked between two vehicles, and neither the front desk nor security could identify the owners or locate the keys, resulting in further unnecessary delays. Overall, the lack of coordination and communication between departments was evident throughout my stay. This was far below the level of service I would expect from a professional hotel, and I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and at least train their front desk staff to at least smile when a guest arrives. Not recommended to anyone.

Reasonable budget hotel

The Hotel was with Excellent View and about 800Mtrs off Mall road. The property need some routine maintenance and up keep. Also, the Morning B'fast was very poor. Rooms were reasonably clean with Linen moderate. Bathroom cleaning need improvement.
