“This place isnt for everyone but it was perfect for my wife and I. Nice and quaint, my wife loved have access to the pool and hot tub. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything in the area. When we come back to Rockport, we know where we will be staying.”

“Property is nice and welcoming, updated interior and smells like a new home. If staying in warmer months bring a fan for air circulation, there was an issue with the AC system but property management was very prompt in sending someone out. If noise sensitive, bring a sound machine as the homes are right off the main roadway in town. For clarification the queen size bed is the pullout and the master suite bed is a full. Overall enjoyed our stay and will consider using this property again in the……

“I stayed here with my family for 3 days during spring break. The house is clean and well equipped with essentials. Beds are on the firm side. The whole experience here was a good one and the location is good. Cornhole outside in common area and private pools are fun extras. ”

“Amazing house with all the amenities you could ask for! Great location in Old Town. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and we will be back for a third. The Host- Sand Key was also amazing, checked on us a few times to ask if there was anything we needed. We appreciated that! Look forward to staying here again next Summer!”
