“The property is still rebuilding but it is in good condition. The pools are great and have something for everyone. Easy beach access. The condo needed some minor repairs but was spacious and easily fit our family of 5.”

“It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically……

“Honestly, I think it was nicer than the pictures showed. The blues were much more muted then anticipated. View from the 3rd floor patio was probably the biggest thing everyone commented about. I didn't think the elevator would needed as much as it was. It really made bringing groceries, luggage and coolers up easy. The RV resort it is located in was very nice and had easy access to the beach. I was surprised how handy a golf cart was too. I definitely recommend getting one. Vehicle beach access……

“We had a great time here on our babymoon. This is so close to everything! We couldn't be happier with our trip. We had everything we needed in the condo and if we needed extra supplies, the store, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Will be coming back in the future. ”

“We had such a wonderful time at the resort and especially with this condo that we extended our stay another day.”

“Our family of 9 adults and 2 children had a great time at Sunshine on the Nine. The location is perfectly situated downtown Port A blocks away from everything! We were all able to fit very comfortably with the 4 bedrooms. Ample beds for our family and little ones. If we come back with our family again, we'll try to book again.”

“Our family had a wonderful time in Port Aransas thanks to this beautiful rental. The view from the second and third floor is stunning and made the time inside the house and on the large porches so peaceful. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us and beds wer cozy! The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we could need. The elevator was a blessing for our mobility impaired family members. The beach was a short walk down the boardwalk, and the pool is only steps away as well. ……

“Plenty of space nice and bright. Pool was great for our grandkids. Patio was large with lots of seating. Had to drive to the beach but able to park on the beach. Everyone had a great time. ”

“This was the perfect little 2 bedroom beach bungalow for my husband, dog and I. It had a great little pool we enjoyed thoroughly. It was just renovated and had everything you could need when away from the comfort of your home. I will definitely be back to stay here! ”

“I had my doubts when we arrived… am familiar with port A and never stayed over on that side… very nice dwelling… backs up to a nature reserve… not the gulf but nice… the game room with ping pong was fabulous with all of us… beds were good… kitchen well appointed… the locks on the gates were broken… anyway I ended up feeling woukd stay there again next summer!!”

“Sunrise Villa is a very nice place and clean, but the only issue my wife and I had was that when we opened the door, we were not sure if the smell was mold or something else. We did buy candles for that too cover up the odor, but other than that, it was quite nice. ”

“Perfect little rental. Right next to the boardwalk for easy access to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything you need and you can hear the waves from your bed. We had a minor issue with the TV (wasn’t plugged in. My bad) and they came right away and fixed it/plugged it in. We will be back. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home and would definitely stay here again next time we are in PortAransas. The house was clean and spacious. The location was only a short drive to the beach and in a quiet community. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The pool was great to swim in after unwinding from the beach and grilling in the evening. Would highly recommend staying here.”
