“Our stay at southern palms resort was nothing short of amazing! The resort is beautiful with big pools and is located right at the beach front. Our room was big and spacious always kept neat by our lovely housekeeper Veronica. The staff at the hotel are such lovely genuine people. Everyone made us feel right at home, starting from the manager daisy who even gave us her personal contact to call her if we needed anything at any time. “We stayed here five nights with our family with three kids. During our stay, everything was made for us to have the most wonderful experience. The apartment is large and has all the amenities you want and the two bathrooms makes it really comfortable in terms of organization. The pool water is pleasantly warm and Charles will take real great care for you to have the best time. He even got us extra balls and rings for the kids to play with. “This place does not offer what they advertise. Contact number is not Kenyan. Very poor communication when eventually comtacted. Shared toilet and showeroom - which was unaware of when booking. Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout.”
