Very clean hotel, deluxe rooms are very large.

The hotel is very clean, 5-star style clean. I travel a lot, and I normally stay in 3-star hotels, and this hotel was by far one of the cleanest hotels, even when compared with the Hyatt. We stayed in the deluxe balcony room, with was super big. Lots of room. Bathroom had a proper shower enclosure, not like your typical asian hotel where the shower is a hand faucet next to the toilet.

Need major repairs and maintenance

Good location. We Paid extra $12 to get balconies with river view each room. Room 401 conditions Is horrible. Dirty bathroom, stained curtains & head lamp. Dirty glass cups. Unclean bath tub. Electrical plugs are so hard to engage. Bath tub is rocking and too high, unsafe for elderly. Room 301 door can not locked. Not worth for room nearly $35 dollar with upgraded. Easily mixed up with other hotel has the same name, similar pictures but different address owned by same family members.
Cracked tub and stained hose.
Stained head lamp and not working.

Nous sommes arrivés ce matin et l'accès à notre chambre nous a été refusée car soit disant ils avaient prévenu hôtel.com que l'hôtel était complet. Au dernier moment nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel mais j'ai été débité de ma nuit alors que je n'y ai pas accès. Comment se passe le remboursement ? Merci

Good and Cheap, Value for money

Its a little bit dated and in need of some TLC but the overall stay was OK. The room was very big and had recently had a coat of paint but still felt dated. We also had a small balcony that looked over the street and river. Bed was big, clean and firm.. Fabulous! The bathroom was big too with a free standing bath with over head shower head. Water pressure was good. TV WiFi, all good. This is a great little hotel for the price. Reception was always friendly and helpful.

The Song Tien Hotel Annex is a Good Place!

This review is for "Song Tien Hotel Annex”, which nearby the main hotel. I like the Annex, it has better staff eager to assist. The view at the Annex is much better, overlooking the river activities-get a room on 4th-5th floors. The room was a good size with a nice bathtub bathroom. The WiFi was weak at times, but staff fixes if you raise the issue. My advice is to skip breakfast at hotel; eat out at nearby Vietnamese eateries. It is a better,fresher and cost you about $1-2/day- trust me is much better! As anywhere in Vietnam, get ear plugs for the noise; or get up early to join the people in a nearby cafe! Overall: I enjoyed the hotel and will go there again-thisnwas my 2nd time/2nd year…

移動途中に一泊

チャービン省へ向かう途中で一泊。メコンデルタの渡し舟駅前でにぎやか。夜は徒歩2分で広場に屋台あり。このホテル「２」は別館で小フロントと部屋のみ。外壁なしの廊下は狭く、上階はちょっと怖い。朝食は本館まで約100m。本館はホテルの機能が整っていそう。

Please don't stay at this hotel

We checked in room with no view no window. We requested a king size bed and got 2 single bed. Towels where dirty stained and pillow got blood stain. The hotel it's small, every time we walked out of our room there where two people catching us at each end of the hallway. The room door is not a solid room door. We would never stayed there again please remove this hotel from your list.

評価が割と高かったので予約したが、値段の割に汚かった。二泊三日したが、1日一回ゴキブリが出た。夜はネズミが廊下を走っていた。二階（日本でいう三階）だったからだろうか？もうすこし高い階ならば快適かもしれない。電気も6個中3個が切れていた。まぁ朝と夜しかいないので、そこはあまり気にならなかった。 ティエンジャンバスターミナルからは1万ドンで行けるが、手違いで3万ドンでバイクタクシーで行った。 フロントの青年が好印象。かれが一番英語を話せる。「メルシー」と言っていたのでもしかしたらフランス語も出来るのか？ 他のフロント係は英語はほとんどできない。 朝食はフロントでクーポンをもらい、道を一本挟んだすぐ近くのレストランで食べる（無料）。フォーがボリュームもありおすすめ。パンはそこまででもなかった。 レストランは綺麗。 ミトーの夜は早いので、うるさいということはない。

don't go, They tried to charge me twice & when I checked out they told me that I could not leave until they checked the room to see if I drank the water because they would charge me 10,000 donga bottle, besides that nothing to see in My Tong & wanted to charge me twice the amount to rent a motorbike.

Great place, lousy breakfest

Vert interesting area, in The minst of The town. Don't buy the first seler of Mekong bort gripes. One of them were pretty shameless. Breakfeast is next to nothing in the nearby restaurant. The streetfodd around The Hotel is Munch better. A fried egg is not enough for me.
