“the areas around the property, the food hall it is amazing”

“Pool/gulf view is a must. Very nice, but pricey. Sliding glass door very, very hard to move. Shower water temp was way to hot, and could not be cooled with the regulating handle. We did not ask for a handicap accessible shower/bath, but got one. Did note care for the old tile floor, which looked dirty. The beach is really nice, with reasonable fees. Not overcrowded. The pool/gulf view overshadows most small issues.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay here. There is a Keurig so if you want coffee be sure to bring your own k cups. The unit could have used some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and swimsuits. The location is great…just a 5 min walk to the beach.”

“This property was wonderful. This is the best vrbo that we have ever stayed in (we have stayed in a lot). Hot tub was wonderful. Any amenity that you could think of. Vlad was the best host as well. He checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit.”

“This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member.”

“Stayed for one month, unit was as advertised. Master Suite exceeded expectations. Most other renters have been returning for many years and were very friendly and helpful. Some updating of cupboards and appliances should be considered in the next few years. We do plan to return if possible next year.”

“The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available.……
