"Got a letter on our car as we were parked in the incorrect spot. Another car was parked in our spot the entire time. They weren't even on the correct level so we parked next to our correct spot. The other car in the incorrect spot didn’t get a note??? Car park not even 1/3 full. Very inappropriate."

"Overall We loved the place. It was very convenient to get there. Host is amazing and responsive to every issue that you raised. We had a water motor breakdown and there was no water in the home when we arrived. Host was responsive to our request. He was not able to fix it because of time and availability constraints . We had to manage somehow that night and following firsthalf of the day but he arrived early next day and fixed it for us to have water from 1:00 pm the next day. He was keen to fix the issue and have us enjoy."

"My family of 10 had a lovely stay at Greenacres over 5 days. It's a relaxing and very pretty environment. The view is amazing, the house is comfortable and spacious, and perfect for larger groups. Rozanna was easy to contact and the information clear and concise. Definitely recommend highly"

"Our cabin was very spacious, clean and the bed so comfortable. Check in and out was so easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. Sitting by the lakeside was just so peaceful, wish we had booked another night .. watch out for the cheeky kookaburras though 😊"

"We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The house was comfortable in a great location. It was extremely well equipped with great kitchen, lots of games, movies and books.Booking and check in went smoothly so we would definitely return again."
