The local manager Sofia went above and beyond to make our trip as memorable and special as it could be. After a long red eye flight we were able to check into our room a little early as Sofia had organised this without us knowing. The rooms are very clean and modern with a comfortable bed. "The place was stunning and the staff was very friendly and was always willing to help. The drive was also great he took us back and forth to the airport even for our early morning flight. The location of the hotel is perfect. It was an easy water taxi ride to the center of everything. Would definitely stay there again"
"What impressed me the most about this hotel is the customer service. The lady was super kind, very attentive, and willing to help when we had questions. They also offer a shuttle service from the airport but you pay around 20Euros.
