"An extremely beautiful hotel, built of stone, in the Greek style. Resting here, it is as if you fall into an interesting story. All the staff, especially Helen and Yanis, are very friendly. The food is extremely tasty and varied. Many thanks to the cook. There was always hot water, the rooms were constantly cleaned .We are very satisfied with our vacation at Village Stone. We want to come back again."

"Tres bel hôtel avec un panorama merveilleux. Personnel du restaurant attentionné, buffets variés, chambre spacieuse toutefois logé au dessus du restaurant le bruit des chaises le matin et le soir est un gros point negatif. Pour la proximité des plages Bali n'est pas top..odeurs des égouts, plages bondées... Préférable de se rendre en direction de Reythymon et cela fait des kilomètres donc voiture indispensale"

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Es könnte nur mehr Abwechslung sein. Abends wird an zwei oder drei Tagen sehr laute Livemusik gespielt. Wenn man also die nächtliche Stille sucht, sollte man hier nicht einchecken. Aber ist ja Geschmacksache. "Generally a very decent hotel. The staff are fantastic, the food is good and the bedrooms are a reasonable size. The pools are nice, but there did appear to be a lack of sunbeds when the hotel was busy. The outdoor gym is very basic and could do with a modest investment. The outdoor seating area would be better in the evenings if there was a bit of music. The hotel is set in a lovely position with the bay to the front and the mountains descending sharply behind the hotel forming a natural amphitheatre towards the bay. "

"Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! Delicious and great range of food in the buffet. Do book on arrival if want full choice of alternative dining options. Appreciated being able to get snacks for the kids during the day. Highly rate the beach BBQ. Would have enjoyed some music in the bars in the evening, but beside that couldn’t fault our stay. "

"Lovely hotel, especially the newly renovated family bungalows. Very friendly helpful staff lovely wide selection of food and plenty to do for the kids and spacious pools. There was an issue with the aircon on the first day but the staff quickly logged it and was fixed by the next morning. Only thing they could improve on would be the pool tables and arcade, very dated most machines were broken but this did not take anything away from the stay which was lovely."
