「Based on the fact that this is a budget hotel, the staff are amazing - endlessly helpful and patient with guests. We arrived when all the systems had gone down and the poor reception lady was being pulled in every which way - but she was still so polite, smiling and helpful. 」

「L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla in mezzo alle colline e a 15 minuti dalla splendida Rhossili; l'accoglienza è stata super cordiale e anche lo staff dell'ottima colazione era davvero gentile. La stanza era pulita e l'arredamento in stile country era davvero perfetto. Super consigliato!」

「I loved my room and how spacious it was. The owner is very kind and the location is right in front of the beach. The hotel is near bus stops which is perfect for easy transportation. Everything is within walking distance too. Thank you !!」

「Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. 」

「Air con was the main reason for booking, and I can confirm it's proper wall mounted air con which works great. Bed was comfy. We received an upgrade to a luxury double which was a lovely room. Blackout curtains, and the room was quiet despite taxis being outside. We ate out locally as they do not provide food. We had Wetherspoons and the Tesco cafe for breakfast, and tried Burger Boyz for dinner one evening, excellent burgers! Hotel is central to everything and made a nice change from a Premier...

「The service was amazing, as was the amazing food and generous portions. The ambience was great too, including the music! The room was clean and cozy, and the velux windows were a lifesaver at night. Though the area can be a little noisy at night. Great location if you're planning to do the Four Waterfalls walk.」
