「Staff nice , hotel showing its age but I think that’s everywhere in Japan . Boot room was in the basement which was a bit of a pain . The room we had do have a nice view to the mountains . The restaurant was actually nice even if it looked like a brightly lit sports bar 」

"The staff were lovely, and the room was huge and absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t expecting a hot spring inn to have a private sauna right in our room. If the food portions had been a bit bigger, it would’ve been perfect."
