“The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel.”

“Clean room”

“The room smelled and was small. Breakfast buffet was decent but expensive. Lunch/poolside menu was great and yummy. Staff was nice. Beach was clean.”

“Room was not clean. Hair from previous guests all over bathroom and bedroom. Dishwasher and stove need to be replaced. Entire place is in desperate need of updates. ”

“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”

“Beds are horrible … No house keeping …Myrtle Beach is Cheesy. Go to Charleston”
