「I think the issues I had were specific to the exact day that I stayed on property. The line to check in was long due to system issues and there was no A/C in the lobby so it was very hot and nothing was being addressed to people waiting. When I checked in, their system to create room keys was down so we did not get a room key. The system stayed down for the remainder of my stay so I had to constantly ask to be let into my room. Sometimes if someone opening my room got there before my elevator...

「Great location, except for the individual who checked me, other staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The super large jacuzzi and second jacuzzi were fantastic. The pool looked inviting but I appreciated the ocean front view and seconds to the water with beach chairs and umbrellas set up by an outside vendor and plenty room for items you bought yourself. 「It's a great spot and the room itself is perfectly fine. It's the hallways, and elevator that needs some tlc. The elevator is an absolute hotbox too. But overall, I'd stay again because the price was good.」
