The property was very clean with nice indoor/outdoor pools. The bar and restaurant have great drinks and food at good prices and the Starbucks is adorable. Rooms are immaculate and clean. All staff we came in contact with were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely come back.

Overall this is a good rental. Beds were good (no squeaking). Housekeeping needs some attention. Floor needed mopping. Good view of the ocean but not completely ocean front view. Ample parking in the parking deck and pool chairs around the pool. Fully stocked kitchen equipment and utensils. Great location away from busy areas and pet friendly.

Some good/some not so good

Location was good, large swimming pool with different levels of depth was great since we had several kids with different swimming abilities. Staff was very helpful and courtious. We were a family group so it was nice that we were able to get all our rooms next to each other. Our family booked three room and this room was not as well taken care of as the others. Ceiling in the kitchen area was pealing, floors were not clean, ice maker in freezer didn't work. But with that being said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again.

I loved the balcony. However, prior checking out, about 09:55 AM, maintenance had barged into my room, I wasn't fully dressed yet and still waking up, didn't give me time to respond. Then he said "it was time to leave, otherwise it will be trespassing after 10AM. Then he said "he will charge me more." Same maintenance man was at the lobby being intimidating and saying some smart comments. It took a while to reach management but they said they'll talk yo him, when he was standing right there bluntly and negatively speaking.

Really we had a great time and the property was pretty decent. There were some minor abrasions throughout the room but nothing horrible. The beds were the worst part , old and creaky and uncomfortable.

Great Room to Stay In

The hotel check-in and out was very simple. Everyone at the hotels was very nice and helpful. The oceanfront view was great and I really enjoyed my weekend stay. The hotel was great and we brought out pet along as well.

Great time

Had no issues. Arrived prepared with wipes n a blacklight. Room was clean. Wiped down things to be safe. Staff was nice ans prompt when i called for the few things. Both were solved in ten mins. Only thing to say was the bed was firm. So maybe bring a pad. Nothing is perfect though. Will defintlt stay again next year.

Not sure I would call it Grand. Basically a hotel without maid service. Bathroom was not clean before our arrival. Kitchen very poorly stocked, but the rest was as promised. Manager was very responsive to our issues. Pools, hot tubs, other amenities were good. Overall, I’d call it average, but a good value per dollars spent. Attention to detail could elevate it to Grand.

Best place to stay!

We got an awesome price on our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and everything was clean and sanitized above our expectations. The room was very nice and very clean. The attendants at the front desk were very sweet and very helpful. The afternoon we left, there were crews outside up on the 10th floor scrubbing and cleaning the outside of the building and cleaning and sanitizing balconies! We will definitely stay here on our next trip down! I wish we could rate it more than 5 stars!🤗
