Great Room!

Loved the room and the view. The cleanliness was great we had everything we needed right there. Brad was awesome with communication and getting the information to us that we needed to access the property. Plan on going back there next year!!

Good location on the beach

This property is well located walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants. The pictures are accurate and was perfect for a vacation on the beach.

This condo is very close to the convention center. This condo is right on the beach with great beach front views. The on site laundry is very nice and only $2.00 for wash and $2.00 for dryer. Bring your own quarters. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing customer service

Beautiful property. Felt totally safe there. The owner is readily available and responds very quickly. The cleaning crew was extremely friendly. Just a great experience overall.

Great stay!

Overall our stay was great! Place is small but cute. Loved getting to see the sunrise which was beautiful! Brad was extremely responsive which was very appreciated. Upon arrival we discovered there was no Keurig as stated in the write up. Brad was very responsive (unfortunately it appears someone may have stolen it) and immediately ordered a new one which arrived the same day on the doorstep. We loved that the beach is just a short walk, as well as a great breakfast place. Covered garage across the street and friendly security presence in the garage most days. Building is a bit run down as elevator stopped working after the second day but the elevator on the other side was still working so we were good. Overall recommend with a great host.

Nice Condo - Kitchen not well equipped

Listing claimed a king size bed, but it was a queen. My 6'5" husband needs a king, so it was a bit uncomfortable for him. Linens and towels were clean and adequate. A few of the extra blankets and pillows in bedroom closet should either be thrown out or cleaned. Owner should provide a full sized broom and dust pan to allow guests to sweep the floors. Due to COVID, we planned to cook instead of eat out to limit our exposure. Kitchen was not very well equipped. There was no sheet pan or hot pads. The one knife provided was a joke. Only one trash bag was provided. The faucet knob in the bathroom tub did not allow you to adjust the temperature of the water. The location of the condo was great, beautiful views. The A/C worked great. Keyless entry was very convenient and parking was great.

Renter beware

The property indicated newly renovated. It was far from it. The manager stated they use this saying for up to 5yrs. Lots of little things needed. Manager did not tell us there was construction of a pier going on. Got there the hot tub was shut down. Wasnt informed of a entrance code change. Pillows were a disgrace. Had to buy new ones. Furnature was dirty. Windows were filthy. Had to clean windows to see out. Parking changed and was notified furing the day of not 48hrs prior. Than issued a violation notice. Not the same utensils as the adv showed. Pots were trash. Rusted air vents. Floor transitioners broken and can hurt your feet. Large gap in the door and frame. Needed weather stripping. I would not recoomend anyone to stay here. We used to own a rental condo next to this building and we took very serious the condition we rented because we stayed in it. Our belief is presentation is want you would want if stayed in. This unit vlearly showed the owner dies not stay in it. Rent it, take the money and move on. informed of a entrance code chan

Sand in sheets, dried ”seggs” stains.

Pics were cute on site. Brad was very responsive before he was paid in full. Day one- stubbed our toes on the broken wood that separates the kitchen and living area. (Mine bled) stubbed our toes multiple times going out to the balcony. Balcony lock did not work. There was no privacy on the balcony. Literally neighbor was sitting and looking at you the whole time. Sand was in the bed before we even went to lay on them and before we went to the beach. Dried crusty Reminence of the people that stayed before us. The sheets were dirty. The pillows smelled like sweat and were very dirty. There was sand all over the floors and inside the bath tub. We had to wash our sheets before we even did anything on vacation. We had to go buy a comforter because we were so grossed out of the thought that we were going to be sleeping on a crusty comforter.The beach was nice. The elevators are right outside the room which is very loud at night. I have messaged Brad two days prior to my review and of course no reply since we’re not there anymore. I did not want to leave a negative review without proper communication with him. But no reply. It is not newly renovated like it said.

Condo was dated and smaller than the photos made it out to be. The only issue I ran into time and time again was the dead bolt was very hard to operate it took all of tow hands and some body weight to make it latch and unlatch. This was unit 1103

Great City Location
