I grew up staying at the Patricia Grand on family vacations. It was always so clean. I had not been there in several years, and was disappointed. Room was dirty upon arrival. Linens were all stained.

Did not LOVE anything about it. The room had sand in the floor, the coffee pot carafe was broken and a piece of the ceiling fell onto my wife’s head while cooking breakfast! Not worth the money we paid to stay there!

Unkept and unclean

Mold on the draper, bottom and under the stove was filthy. Deep scratches and burnt mark in the floor. Mold in the bathroom caulking. I have pictures.

The room was clean. However, we selected a studio efficiency so that we would have a couch. In this unit the couch was broken down. You could not have used it as a sleeper bed either. Sank so low when you sat down. Floor was peeling up a little. Bathroom was very small. You had to back into the toilet to close the door. Way too cramped for me. Bed was OK for comfort. Would not select this unit again.

Not a bad place to stay at all!! Floors were a little marked up and the restaurant in the hotel was closed one night and there was no signs saying they were even closed, all the signs said they were opened. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel to stay at!

We will be back!

Upon entry to the room we were greeted with a strong scent of bleach, which to me meant it had been thoroughly cleaned. The view was lovely. The room was stocked with whatever dishes you may need. Not to bad waits for the elevators no matter what time of day. I will definitely be recommending this room and will surely be returning!

Poor condition condo

We arrived late Sunday evening after a 14 hour drive. We entered the condo and instantly saw the place was filthy! Floor was dirty (hair and actual dirt and food), spilled drink on the door, black mildew all over the ceiling, mold on the curtains, old potatoes in the cupboard, stuck on food all over the refrigerator, dirty silverware in the drawers, hair in the bed and we found bugs in the bed! Sheets were just thrown on, no mattress protection! Contacted the rental company that night and they said they would get back to me and they never did! We slept on the patio all night in plastic furniture, smelling marijuana all night from other people on the balconies. Although the property is supposed to be smoke free! Contacted the front desk the next morning and they sent people up and they agreed the condition of the room was unbelievable. They agreed it was bad and said some times they get in a hurry and can’t do a good job cleaning and offered to clean the room but after the bugs in the bed we chose to leave and find another hotel. Even after that we still were charged. The ONLY positive thing I can think of to the entire room was the view!

Our room was clean. The bed was comfy and the view was amazing. It’s nice to have a refrigerator, microwave & sink. The bathroom is very tiny. There was a pull out couch to fit 2 more people but it would be a tight fit. The pool is very nice & it’s a short walk down to the beach. They have a Starbucks for morning coffee on the first floor. The only big complaint was the elevators. We had to wait sometimes 20 minutes for one up to our room esp around check in/out times. We ended up taking the stairs a few times.

Let do it Again
