Great stay in North Myrtle Beach!

We loved our stay at this condo! Perfect oceanfront view and plenty of space for our two adults and five kids to stay comfortably. The space was very clean and check in and out was easy! Front desk staff was super nice! Thank you!

Overall good but we have a few comment that could be addressed to improve it.

Overall we were happy and had fun. The view was gorgeous and we had everything we needed. Disappointed!

The pictures showed indoor pool; it was down. They showed outdoor pools; one was down. They showed slides for the pool; there wasn't one. They showed charcoal grills; thet have taken them out. I understand not having daily maid service, but we called twice to get towels before we could get any. The dryer needs fixed. We called on Monday. They came up and said they would be there Tuesday morning at 10. We called Tuesday at 10:30 and at 12. They never came and fixed it. It sounded as if the drum was dragging or the barrens going out. The view was beautiful. The location was great. The room needs updated...dining room chair was broken, rusted lamp, back falling off dresser, paint flaking off balcony ceiling. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Overall, I was disappointed since we picked the place for the pool area for my grandson. I realize pools need maintenanced, but you should let guests know ahead of time...especially if two are going to be down.

Home away from home

This 2 bedroom was nice. Room for everyone and the 2nd side balcony was cool. All dishes & cookware was there. Beds are super comfy with the best fluffy pillows ever. All the staff was friendly. My young son rated his vacation at 10 and always swims in all 18 pools/spas. Breakfast at the Cafe is awesome. Wish the pools opened earlier than 9 as we looove to swim and we are up before dawn. The text notifications were cool and checkout was a click of a button. Also wish there was alcohol in the mixed drinks. We will be back next year! Thanks!

Perfect get away!

Will not come back

Location is pretty good. Unit and building is very outdated. They should fix basic things for example that rattling electrical box cover in the elevator which were lacking 4 screws. Furniture and the carpet in the room was pretty old. 1) Had to call front desk for pack and play for the baby. They confirmed before we went that the unit has its own. But it wasn't there. 2) Both restrooms didn't have shower liners. Had to call vacasa and let them know. Came the next day. 3) Change of towels were not provided to us until an hour before we checked out. Called front desk number of times with no action taken until the end. In 1 hour we had to get ready and checkout. 4) Onsite Restaurants even when they didn't look full had a wait time of 4 hrs at 6pm on saturday. Will not be going back again.

Family vacation

For the most part everything was ok but the property is just a little out dated. My family and I travel every year and we have become a Litte accustomed to bigger tv, usually being smart TVs. The lent trap in the dryer did not seem like it was being cleaned, because when I washed my first set of clothes I had lent all over my clothes. We were not comfortable using the towels and rags so we went to Walmart and purchased our own. Parking was a bit of a hassle.

Beautiful Ocean Front Property

We really enjoyed the room. The furniture is lower quality and we put bed pillows on the couch to get a comfortable sit. Cookware was new, but again, was very entry level. It all worked well and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent here again. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Fantastic Vacation

We absolutely loved this room. This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was just great. Close to restaurants, shopping yet not crazy busy. Our room, 1202 was amazing. 2 full bathrooms, it was on the end of the building so 2 private balconies and lots of windows. Well decorated and the views, stunning. I will totally book this room again.
