The property is nice. A bit dated and worn. It showed heavy signs of use. The parking garage is the biggest drawback. It made getting in and out of the property extremely difficult.

I loved the view. Room was good. Looks exactly like the pictures. Hotel was nice. I liked the free movie rental in the main lobby. Coffee shop was very nice. Vending machines had a nice selection. Parking garage is very very tight. We weren’t bothered by any noise from other rooms.

Room 1424

The pictures on the website are nothing like the room. Online it has dark furniture & brown couch. However, the actual room has all white furniture & a floral couch. We were disappointed due to we felt like it was false advertisement. The dvd remote had no batteries. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Patricia Grand definitely shows it’s age, pool and spas are nice. The rest of the building is eh. Room 1424 has a nice view and comfortable bed but extremely small bathroom and a overwhelming smell of wet dog when you walk in. I get it’s pet friendly but they need to clean better or something. As we were about to leavethe room at 10:05, house keeping barged right in with our evening knocking.

Disgusting

Highly disappointed with the room's cleanliness. I wiped up some water with a Clorox wipe to discover the floor was filthy. I took pictures and called the property management company. The next morning they sent housekeeping to mop the floors. Still not clean, I had to get on my hands and knees and scrub the floor by hand to ensure it was clean. I emailed the management company again and included pictures of how dirty it was. No response from them. We have booked through VRBO four times now and every single time we have had cleanliness and or mold issues. I will not use VRBO again. As fore paying a cleaning fee... I would like that credited back to me, I am the one who cleaned the floor properly.

Good stay

Everything was great. Only thing was the last morning at around 7:30 someone was cleaning or something and going through slamming all the doors down the hallway and it lasted for about an hour and a half. Otherwise, stay was great. No problems.

Clean and Comfortable

Our room was clean and comfortable and fully stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils even had a wine bottle opener which was great because I left mine at home. However the ice maker in frig did not work, but easy enough to remedy, we just picked up a bag of ice. Will definitely stay here when in Myrtle Beach again.

Not clean

The room was not clean and the sink fixtures were broke, slow drainage in bathroom sink and tub. Too much dirt on counter, your cleaning towels should not be brown when wiping down the counter when you were told everything was sanitized and clean. I love animals but there were many animals barking. Would not stay again until they renovate.

Not so great.

The room was clean besides some hair on the floor, however there were issues with the toilet not filling back up after flushing, refrigerator constantly making loud noises, and the shower and sink drains were clogged causing water to back up every time you use them.
