This condo needs some updating. You can tell everything is well worn and the pictures are dismal....

Being on the 16th floor, the ocean view is amazing. The king size bed very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked.

First night not so good but things worked out. The condo is small and could use some furniture up grades. Coffee pot needs replacing. The view from the balcony is amazing as all other reviews have said. Probably would not go back again as my husband and I had come back for our 14th anniversary as this was the place where we honeymooned. Resort is in need of upgrades.

Fantastic room

Flood in our room prior to stay. Resort not interested in accommodating us despite having 2 small children in our party. Resort clearly cared more about making their money than making things right with their guest. Really disappointing.

I loved the ocean view from the room and the full kitchen. The pools, hot tubs and beach access were amazing!! The condo could use some updating and thorough cleaning. The beds were horrible, hard, could feel the springs coming through. The blankets on the pull down bed were dingy and stained.

It was okay until the last night

Our neighbor flooded their room that leaked into our room. Instead of being accommodated, they put a loud machine in my room to I guess dry the water to prevent mold. I was expected to plug and unplug the machine when we were in and out of the room. Since it was raining we stayed in the room most of the day and they expected us to keep it on all night. It was right beside the bed and extremely loud and also made the room unbearably hot. I asked what could be done and all I got was an “I’m sorry”.

Ok, but not great.

The view is nice. There's room for two to sit on the balcony (not side by side), but that's about it. The couch in the living room is a hide-a-bed. So, while it will give you some extra sleeping space, along with the Murphy bed (which we never pulled out), it did not sit well. Like most such couches, it sinks when you sit down on it. Not very comfortable. There is a ceiling fan in the room, but it is over the small dining table. And there is NOT a ceiling fan in the bedroom area. And if it's humid, like it was when we were there, you will want to bring one of your own. Bathroom and kitchen were adequate. Unusual for us, we did not do much cooking at all. A pizza cutter would be a nice addition to the unit. When the building is full, that is a lot of people accessing the pool areas. One look at what the water was like, and my wife had no interest in getting in. We also observed the older, larger men that seemed to just enjoy standing in the lazy river, using the side as their personal bar top for their beer. Since they do not provide inner tubes, it doesn't function well. The beach area is pretty nice. Lifeguard stations along the way. You can rent/reserve umbrellas, but clearly all that were set out were already reserved before we arrived. Even though there were a lot of people, it still wasn't bad. The area is nice and doesn't take long to get to pretty much anywhere you want to go. I might stay again, but probably consider other units, hopefully for less money.

Loved it

We loved our stay here. It has a great view, very quiet in the room with lots of space and a great ac. It was also very clean. The only negatives were that people smoke all over even though it isnt allowed and the king size bed and the sofa bed need to be upgraded. The sofa bed felt like you were laying on springs, no padding so we slept on the actual sofa instead. The king size bed is rock hard and feels like you're sleeping on the floor.

Never stayed here before, I made my reservation online and was confirmed, had the email that it was confirmed, when I went to check it, Fran said she didn't have it, I was so frustrated, she calmly said that's see what I can find! This was busy season! In about 10 minutes she had found my the perfect room, king bed, oceanfront balcony. It was just a little more in price than what I had booked online but I greatly enjoyed it, staff is great, Fran should be managing the place! Room was cleaner than any room I've ever stay in at the beach. I give it 10 stars!

Archaic appliances and other issues

This was my third time staying here and this time was a major downgrade from before (my last stay was in 2018). First the laundry room condition was unacceptable. Just like my last stay, one of the two dryers was out of order. Second, the machines only take quarters. There is a known shortage of coins, so why haven’t these machines been replaced with machines that will take card payments or Apple Pay? It was extremely annoying that I spent $4,000 on this vacation and had to BEG the desk staff for quarters so I can could wash my sweaty clothes and sand covered beach towels. The TVs are set to Roku which to me was a useless network. Lastly I felt like I was staying in a wind tunnel. The refrigerator hums audibly 24 hours a day and there is also noise coming from the fan in the cooling system. If the temperature is at the level set on the thermostat why does the fan have to stay on? At this point I am not intending to return here in the future.
