Wonderful stay, love that it’s pet friendly! Patricia Grand has it all. Only 2 complaints; The Starbucks inside the hotel had to close for two days due to leak 💁🏻‍♀️ and the toilet in our unit was not sturdy ( wobbled a lot). We always love the pool area with beach access so close. Very clean lobby for the amount traffic (with doggies) in and out.

The toilet wobbles, The Shower Curtain is Dirty, Lamp on nightstand doesn’t work, Lightening dull in all fixtures (not including the bathroom) Balcony door lock was loose… and got stuck had to have maintenance come look at it… Maintenance came to the room (an hour later) while we were gone and didn’t close the door all the way with all our out belongs and valuables inside. Its not a bad place to stay but we will be looking at other units within the building next time.

There were issues with the room which ill detail below but for the rate we paid and the proximity to the beach, im happy with it. Issues included: toilet seat was loose and wobbly, fridge condensor buzzed all night, bathroom is tiny, like, tiny, front door looks like its closed but we found out the 2nd day it doesnt lock unless you slam it shut really hard then opening it was tough. Again, for the rate these issues didnt ruin the trip. Pools were nice. 4/5 stars for me.

We had a wonderful stay at the Patricia grand. The location and the amenities were wondering. The staff was courteous and attentive. The room however, needed some serious fixing. When we arrived the door was open. I quickly realized that was because there was something seriously wrong with it. It wouldn't close on its own and had to be aggressively pulled shit. The lock on the door would sometimes lock automatically and sometimes not. I would have to open and close it multiple times to confirm it was shut and locked. The ceiling had areas that were falling in. The bathroom door had cracks in it, as if someone pushed it in aggressively and it broke in several places. They had a door stop behind the bathroom door, I assume, to keep it from hitting the tub but it also would make it difficult to open the door. The closest doors were removed... And the clothing rod and storage area in the top of the closet were COVERED in some type of gunk!! The kitchen itself wasn't bad but it could benefit from a deep clean. There was crud all over the side of the refrigerator next to the sink area. I would stay here again but maybe take my chances with a different room. The photos online are not an accurate depiction of what the room currently looks like.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet on out last day there. Didn’t like that my door wasn’t closing correctly and then apparently there were complaints about the door before we checked in per the door repair man who fixed the sliding entrance door. Had some popcorn ceiling falling on our bed. Phone wasn’t working correctly and I made calls during my first day to front desk then the other times I was hung up on by them.

When we arrived I noticed that the top covers of the two beds were wrinkled a sign of reused covers. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when I requested I was given only 1 for my three night stay for 4 people. I meant to ask for more but the person who was at front desk didn’t look too happy that I made this request. The walls and floor had pet hair and some parts of the floor are moldy. The property is well kept but I wasn’t really satisfied with my room. I did liked the fact that there was a coffee shop and a restaurant on site. The pools were nice.

Amenities and accommodations were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Stacey, at the Indigo Restaurant, was awesome. She made you feel welcome and comfortable. Good food with reasonable prices. The remodeling in the hotel was a small nuisance but tolerable.

The resort was amazing! We had such a great time, we will be back! As far as the unit (1830) (bathroom way smaller than I expected)....there's a few things that need to be fixed....the toilet is wobbly, the bathroom door is broken, the kitchen sink drains slow and the ceiling is falling...woke up one morning with the popcorn ceiling pieces in the bed.

My room was very clean didn't have any problems with my room being cleaned in fact I got two rooms and both of them were very clean the only thing that I had a problem with was the balcony in one of the rooms with the king bed they need to clean the balcony they're balconies were not clean and I had a air conditioner on my balcony that kept the back of me very hot other than that things were very great one more thing though the bathroom downstairs near the pool was awful they need to do a better job with keeping the bathroom down there clean other than that everything else went very great we'll come back again and would recommend to other people

Our room is in ocean front, and the view is beautiful! We love relaxing in our balcony. And all the employees are very nice and friendly! We will stay here again!

I was very disappointed in the room. The furniture was dirty/stained, the finish on the bed headboards was in poor condition (some places had bare wood), the bathroom vanity was dirty on the shelves, and the track on the closet was very rusty. Further, the air conditioner did not working properly and was replaced twice during our stay. However, the front desk staff were superb! They were always very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
