Great get-away

The room was perfect for 2. It had a nice view. The staff is always great! The only complaint I have is they need to put A/C on the elevators. It was very stifling during the day & could be life-threatening if someone got stuck on one.

Everything was great during our stay. We totally enjoyed ourselves however our ocean view was not what I saw in the pics when I booked the room. It was our Anniversary and our view was very small and pushed up in a corner to where it wasn’t really an ocean view unless u leaned out. But overall it was nice stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and great pool and beach front suntanning.

Could have been better

The room we booked had multiple issues, ceiling flakes peeling and on the bed, fridge turned off/hot and we had brought a bunch of food, door hard to open/shut due to the lock, and the beds were pretty hard (based upon sitting on them). We asked to be moved to another room, but there was only one other alternative and it only had one bed (the other had 2) and no full kitchen. They offered us a discount for getting a downgraded room, so we took it. The new room was fine and the bed was comfortable. The outside pool/hot tub area was great, and we ended up spending more time there than expected, the location was convenient with easy beach access. Also, their parking garage is a cramped, anxiety inducing nightmare and our car was side swiped while parked there for 3 days (not their fault exactly, but it did not improve our trip), I advise parking elsewhere.
