Ocean one condos

The room looked as if it was cleaned very quickly. They should really do away with carpet it's just not in style anymore. The pools and beach access were awesome. The few problems I noticed did not affect my family at all. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely book with them again!!

Well I had to pay $25 for 8 towels to be delivered to the room that took 4 hours to receive, the iron didn't work,the refrigerator leaked water,bedroom didn't have remote,TV in front room was maybe a 42' really small and the pull out sofa was broken and nasty I cleaned one selection cause it had something all on it.

Condo was dirty. Everything was covered in dust looked like Sheetrock dust maybe? Stainless steel was not clean. Large TV in family room was replaced with a small TV that was hard for everyone to see. Bathtub jets in master bath did not work. Place did not look like posting on website. Codes were confusing . Had to enter one long code to Room then change it . Had to remember code to building . Said there was a code to work out Room which had no lighting and a very small TV . There was no place for a code so we had to walk across the street and get a entry card. Pools were dirty. The people staying next to us smoked weed the whole time on their balcony! Elevators were dirty. It was just dirty overall. I tried to get some help on the app that I was told to download but was unsuccessful. Overall it could have been a good trip if stuff had worked if the website picture was accurate and if the room had been clean.

Location was awesome. Very outdated and not clean it needs a lot of care. We bought food to cook there no cookware just one small skillet so the food we bought got wasted. Carpet was dirty upon arrival we had to vacuum the tub was dirt we had to clean. With covid I’d expect extra care going into cleaning the surface we’re still dirty so they had to be cleaned also. The wall in the bathroom by the tub looked like mold. Over all we enjoyed ourself outside the condo as we spent most of our time on the beach.
