Amazing stay

The staff were kind and helpful and hard working, The room we were in was very clean and and comfortable. Th pools were clean and nice. Perfect place to take your kids on vacay We enjoyed it so much we wanted to extend our stay but the room was already booked. We willl be back 😊

Friendly staff, room could use repairs

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed an early check in and were able to get in two hours earlier. We also like the extra amenities such as the free breakfast buffet across the street and discounts to local attractions. The room was updated, but not kept up and needed a little work. Both closet doors were off the hinges. The hotel room door would not close without effort, and there was a door stop that had a screw missing so it was hanging. The air unit was unable to be adjusted as far as the speed of the fan goes. Also, there were no room darkening drapes, and the light from the pool kept the room bright with just the sheers. The shower accessibility handle had mold around it.
