The room was clean and functional, the bedroom was big but the rest of the room was small and tight. It's a great room for a couple or a couple and no more than two kids but we had 5 adults and a child and we were basically on top of each other when walking around. It only has one 13gal trash can in the kitchen and a very small trash can in the bathroom, and your only giving one trash bag/one roll of toilet paper at a time so you can imagine how many times we had to go down to the front desk to get those needed items, there are only 2 lamps in the living room which are both beside the couch ( no light near kitchen table or in the ceilings), and the stove was literally at the front door....I would stay there again just not with so many people in that particular room, so other than the size and the trash bag/toilet tissue issue we didnt really have any other problems so I would definitely stay there again!

Not as happy this year like we were previous years we visited.

We were a little disappointed in our stay this year. We have been coming to the Patricia Grand for a few years now and we meet friends there every year. We did not last year due to Covid. So, we were really excited and looking forward to this year. The room we got was very outdated and the sofa was filthy. Our room was Oceanview, yet one of the balconies was looking at the parking garage.Disappointed that breakfast is not included anymore. I think we will be looking to stay somewhere else next year. The drinks at the bar are way over priced.

Great customer service and amenities. Furniture needs severe update.

Bathroom was remolded and nice. Clean shower. Kitchen was clean and had anything we needed. Sofa bed and Murphy bed were very old, dirty and hard to sleep on. Living room furniture was very stained and needed an update. Couch very old and made noise when sitting on it. We chose not to sit on the furniture as it was not pleasant or clean. The hotel service was fantastic. Pool, hot tub, parking, lazy River all were great. Overall nice experience for our one night Stay. I would not have wanted to sleep in this room another night.

Great hotel and location…

Love the hotel. Plenty of pools and sun areas. Location is minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Have stayed here several times. Pet friendly as well if you bring your pets.
