This room was very comfortable and I would stay in this room again.

The stay was good, but the coffee pot was dirty and unable to use. We did report it to the front desk they said they would take care of it. The mattress was damaged the right side felt like you were going to fall out of bed.

The entire staff from check in to, maintenance, to the cleaning and restaurant were just exceptional. Pools were clean and hot tubs hot. We have a small dog and the staff acted great toward our pet. We will be back now every year maybe more than once per year.

The ocean view was nice you can do better with the room bed was to hard,air conditioning unit was very loud couldn't sleep, Head board shakes every time the outside door close, restaurant sticking in menus in the door all day and seeing did pee on walls my stay was not good ☹️

Dirty room. No coffee in my room. It was a hassle to ask for towels. I found toe nails in my room and sand all over the floor. Hair in my bed. I asked to get a refund and nothing has been done. Worst stay ever. It was definitely a 1 to 2 star hotel.

Nice view of the beach. Loved that we could bring our furbaby. Room was a little small, but for 2 of us for just a few days it was good. Wish they would hand out more info at check in about the resort like where things are located, restaurant info etc.
