Very clean. We enjoyed having the choices of beach or pool. It was very nice having a restaurant on site and poolside bar and grill. Would choose this location again.

Great balcony with an oceanfront view! Quick and friendly check in. We were disappointed in the oversight of cleanliness details... torn sheets, no mattress pad, stains on comforter, dusty furniture. The street noise was very loud inside the room. Other guests shot extremely loud and booming fireworks from their balconies late into the night (is this even legal??).

Cleaning

Our rooms floor was very wet even though we didn’t use the shower sometimes. The balcony had stuff on it and was really gross, either someone dropped it from the room above or it was not cleaned at all. There was dead bug. And the air dryer was not wiped out from a guest before us. It was comfortable beside the point. Free rental movies and pool seem decently cleaned. The chairs seem a bit old maybe should updated to brand new ones. Recommend placing extra towels in the bedrooms.

Basic maint. please !

Although it was a studio the view was awesome. That being said was in need of a lot of basic maint. No vent on the exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like grinding metal when turned on obviously it did not work. Sink could only be run at a trickle do to it not draining. No drain plug in tub it was laying disconnected in the tub. Tub/shower sink hardware all needs to be updated. Paint all over the towel racks door handles etc.

Beach Get Away

We loved the many pool and Jacuzzi options indoor and outdoor. The beach was just steps away. All of the rooms had balconies with ocean views. The rooms where very clean. The lamps need to be changed because of rust.

Beautiful view!

Room was perfect for two people! Great view of the beach. The elevators took forever. Pool bar drinks were delicious. Chip was great. Pool bar food was not that good but after a few it all tastes good. You do have to pay for a set of chairs and an umbrella. Doesn’t come with the room. But it’s definitely worth it.

Basic cramped hotel room. Disappointed. Thought we had booked a suite with separate living area and kitchenette. Also, every time we opened door to balcony to enjoy the ocean, we got the stench of someone marijuana smoke.

Beautiful View but couldn't really enjoy it

TLDR: Great view. Dog Friendly. Smell of smoke was major downside. When you open the door to the room, the first thing you see is a GORGEOUS view of the ocean. It may have been one of the nicest views we've had while staying in Myrtle Beach, to be honest, but we couldn't really enjoy it. There were tons of dogs and there was some barking which we could deal with (hey, we've got dogs. We get it.) but the stank from the weed being smoked in nearly every surrounding room was horrible. If this hotel has a no smoking policy, it must not apply to pot. We ended up closing the door and staying in the tiny little room to try and minimize it. There was no way to eliminate it entirely. Kind of a waste of the view if you can't enjoy it.

Check the reviews on the room ur in!!! That's why I choose this 1...I must say I was a bit nervou...

Location and view excellent!! It was perfect..Staff was friendly... Due to COVID-19 some attractions were very limited...The wrist band was either 1 adult or child free for most....It still saved money..I assumed they just automatically came with the room. To cover each guest..So If I had to complain that would be my complaint. However the beach made up for it!!!!!!!! Room was clean. I brought cleaning supplies...No Roaches thank Goodness!!! Room was as described!!!!! Awesome trip!!!

Great place to stay for get away!

We enjoyed our time with this property. We had a quick trip and this room was perfect. Great location and view. We were in a Ford Escape and didn’t have any issues in the parking garage. The pools were never packed. They brought k9 around to check for pests. We did have to move the chair in the room because it blocked the air conditioner. Once we did that the room temperature was very comfortable. Only complaints is the elevators were very slow and at times the bathroom would smell like mildew. The rooms had been updated and were very nice. I would stay again!
