Place was decent but not great for the price paid

Two day stay didn’t have any cleaning. Parking is hassle and the rooms aren’t that great. In general you can stay if the total price is two digits and get oceanfront

About Average

The room was exactly as advertised, okay but not terrific. Dated. Property was jammed with people, took 30 minutes standing in line to get registered and then was given incorrect information about where our room was (told us the wrong building). Parking is a block away - if I was a single woman staying, I would not have felt safe. Breakfast included was good, numerous options on the buffet. Not a single person had on masks, which is unbelievable considering the surge in cases in recent weeks. Big bathtub if you like that.

Very surprised, came in with the impression that there were no ocean views but we got into our room and was so surprised to see that we had a side veiw of the ocean!! I was nervous reading the other reviews but when i arrived i was blown away. BEST beach hotel we have stayed at hands down!!!!!!!! Breakfast was AWESOME

Not as expected

There was the weed smell one issue, front desk when arrived was so rude, door handle broken, other door hard to shut bc of stopper being broken . Not what we expected with it being a Vacasa managed place. Then checking out was horrendous due to housekeeping knocking on our door way before checkout time and that happened 4 times that is rude and makes guest feel unwelcome and definitely not hospitable .

Room as pictured

Room is exactly as pictured. It faces a building but also you can see the ocean from your balcony. It was super clean and it smelled very good. The reason I gave it 4* is because the walls were thin and since it is two doors down the elevator you can hear everyone talking when you are sleeping. Also, the maintenance room is next door so when they go in very early in the morning there is a lot of noise. The pools need some updates. The breakfast at Magnolia on 26th was awesome. Very closed to everything, you can walk to a lot of restaurants if you want to. Broadway at the Beach is 10-15 minutes away(walking). The mini golf is across the street and it was fun. I would stay here again!

Great Place!

I would definitely stay here again. The room was immaculately clean, spacious, with a nice large bathroom. They give you free breakfast cards for the restaurant across the street which was fantastic. Perfect location and right on the beach. We will be back!
