We have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. Was a little crowded this year and pool had to be closed for our last day but still had a great time.

This condo was perfect! VERY clean, great location across the street from the beach, and great pool. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our family and kids’ friends. Stocked kitchen pots/pans/glassware/plates and even had dishwasher soap and dish soap. Two decks. Will definitely be renting this condo again!

For the minor disadvantages 312 shines like a prized automobile. Spacious, furniture, kitchen, washroom and counter space rates second to none. Location is ideal for grocery shopping. Only wish the ocean view was better and that the fridge had an icemaker; all minor. This is my go to condo now.
