This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 1st floor. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach.
PLEASE NOTE: Roof replacement project begins in Sept and will last appx.16 weeks weather pending. The work will be done in sections and and each section will take appx. 4 weeks. During the work there will be NO AC/HEAT inside the condo. Construction noise and debris is to be expected for the 16 weeks, just depending on the section in progress.
