Great Family Gathering!

The property was in a great location and for a family in town for a granddaughters wedding, it was perfect! Four grown children and their spouses and plenty of room for the local daughter and family to hang out.

Southern Grace beach house Myrtle Beach - Fabulous!

We stayed here with family & friends for our son's wedding weekend. The house layout is fantastic with a large kitchen, bar area, large living room with ocean views, covered back porch and a stone patio overlooking the lawn and ocean, plenty of room for all with privacy and a super convenient location. The kitchen is well stocked and the house had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and with easy access to the beach (and shower to wash off) guests can enjoy the Golden Mile of clean & uncrowded beach areas. The house is larger than it appears in the pictures and has nice casual & colorful decor for a southern beach house vibe. Manager communication was great and the check in process is simple - thank you Jeff! Would absolutely stay here again & highly recommend!

Unbeatable location

We absolutely loved our stay here! We came for a family vacation and the property was perfect for our group of 10. The proximity to the beach, the yard and porch with amazing views were our favorite parts. The house itself was clean and had a good layout. We really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Perfect spot to stay

This property was absolutely beautiful. The location could not have been better. The layout of the house is great because every bedroom has its own bathroom. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is worth every penny.

Practically perfect

the view, the house, the location, it was perfect. We loved the grass for spike ball and we could see the ocean from the yard. We had amazing weather too and it was close to everything. I don't think we could have asked for a better Easter weekend

This house from the street is unassuming but once you enter and see the place it is worth it especially the views of the beach.

Terrific Beachfront House

Our group of 5 friends enjoyed this house where we could each have our own bedroom and bathroom. We used the porch quite a bit to take in the beach, ocean and sound of the surf. The kitchen was great. It was really quite comfortable all around and very clean. Highly recommend for groups of friends, couples and families. It's a large space.

Wonderful Week

The house is perfect, spacious, comfortable and clean. It is better than the pictures. The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise in the morning from the wide porch or our bedroom windows.- the best way to start a day. We played corn hole on the back lawn while enjoying a picnic from the grill. Cannot ask for a better vacation house.

Amazing place for a college roommate reunion

The place was just like the photos! Perfect for a group of 6 friends catching up after many years. So many places to hang out for reminiscing all together. From the great back deck or family room watching the ocean, to the bar/game room and large kitchen table for lazy mornings waiting for all to wake. The kitchen was a great place for coffee where we could chat while some were sleeping and none of our voices traveled to the bedrooms even while laughing and all of our excited chatter! We would definitely consider coming back!

Myrtle Beach

Lovely renovated home built in 1930s. Many improvements made. Unique. Great location that is close to everything. Beach in the front of the house is beautiful. Very private considering high rises and crowded beach fronts are a few properties away. An issue with a entry door not closing was addressed immediately. Be sure to bring beach chairs, toys also bath and beach towels, if you can.

Great space for big group

This was the second time we've rented this property. It's great for several reasons: All on one level for those with mobility issues Fabulous back porch to sit and watch the ocean Great set up for large groups - each bedroom has a bathroom so no sharing required. Plus lots of spaces to hang out and be together without being on top of one another. It's not in the middle of the hotels, so it's quieter, in a residential area, but still super close to everything. The kitchen is very well provisioned - we did a full Thanksgiving dinner our first trip there, and a seafood feast this time. The only thing I wish was different is that there are no beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. We bought some cheap towels, and rented chairs and umbrella from the lifeguards, but it would have been nice to have those onsite. Love this place, and hope to get it again if we head back to Myrtle Beach!

Great home for family

Pros - We had a fabulous week. The weather was great! The view from the back porch is priceless! The beach is beautiful and well maintained. This was the second time we stayed at this property. This house is a great fit for our family because it has 5 bedrooms and every bedroom has a private bath. House is one level so it was easy with little ones. No stairs to worry about. It has a very nice bar area with an ice maker. They have a new BBQ grill! Cons - the master bedroom sink was clogged and drained very, very slowly. There were ants in one of the bedrooms. I contacted Jeff via VRBO messaging to inform him of the issues but he never responded. Bring your own bath towels and hand towels because they don’t provide enough towels. They also do not provide bath mats. Otherwise, we had a great time and would rent this property again.

What’s not to like!

If Myrtle Beach is your destination and you have a large group or family, this is your place. Perfect beach location, great yard backing up to beachwalk, large deck with ocean view, many bedrooms, bathrooms, living space. Property manager very attentive. This property was wonderful and came as advertised.

House is nice and back patio and private yard with access to beach is the highlight. We spent most of our time on back patio if not on beach. Especially if it rains, that large covered patio was awesome.

Wonderful home with amazing views . Very private and peaceful. Great for a large group or just a few. Very clean! Everything we needed. The washer/ dryer and gas grill are so appreciated! We will come back again! Not even home yet and we miss it! Jeff was very helpful and responsive!

Ideal location and private beach

We had a wonderful with our children and grandchildren. The 5 bedrooms easily accommodated our needs. The beach, the sand and the sun were tight outside the back door. The back porch allowed us to rest, relax and enjoy the ocean during the heat of the afternoon. Great kids Chen facilitated, close to Walmart. We enjoyed the week!!
