**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

- Access to Beach Fit, the onsite state-of-the-art fitness center, is also included with the rental

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests

- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments

- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

For example, your group may choose to go to Broadway Grand Prix in the morning (one person is free) and then attend the Pirate's Voyage Dinner & Show at night (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day, and one person in your group always gets in free.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Please note this offer is valid for stays that are 27 days or less, and some activities are seasonal.

Resort house

Communication with the property owners was great, we had a check in issue and they were very accommodating. The house needs a good deep clean, after walking around indoors everyone’s feet were totally filthy and we had to wear shoes, there were cobwebs and dust everywhere and the master bedroom’s shower had mold in it. The location and access to the resort is excellent.

Family Beach Trip 2024

We enjoyed our stay for our 2024 family beach trip. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Any issues were quickly resolved with the property manager and maintenance. The location of everything is convenient, however, if the trolly was backed up and busy, you did have to walk to the resort/ beach access which was a little way for one of our family members who is pregnant. But it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, we would recommend it and stay again.

RENTERS BEWARE OR PREPARED

Check-in: The house wasn't ready. We waited 1.5 hrs. Exterior of home was as listed. Interior NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR! Checked in on 6/22/24 LATE afternoon ..the icemaker wasn't working and the refrigerator water filter needed to be changed. Reported in person to a maintenance man on 6/23 A new water filter was installed and he "reported" the icemaker. As of 6/29 it had not been fixed. On 6/24 we reported standing water in the dishwasher. Repaired on 6/27.. 6/23 reported the pool skimmer was ripped and needed to be replaced... taken care of the same day. On 6/23 reported a TV was inoperable to the maintenance guy He said it was a ROKU and the owners would need to get a Spectrum cable box. This to be taken care of on 6/24) As of 6/29 checkout the TV was still inoperable. 6/24 the maintenance man was shown (and he took pictures) in the Master Bath of extremely low water pressure in a sink and Pink mold. At 6/29 checkout nothing had been done to correct. 6/26 the Garbage disposal backed up and inoperable. The repairman for the dishwasher was able to fix on 6/27. LACK OF CLEANLINESS ...Pictures/videos taken-Dust throughout the house, mold around the door of the master bath shower, ceiling in one bedroom with drywall ceiling tape hanging down appeared to be from water damage, BBQ grill was filthy, stained carpet, scuffs on walls throughout, greasy handprints on staircase wall. A real lack of cleanliness all around the home's interior. ITrip management was VERY RUDE

Girls get away

The rental property we stayed at was pleasing and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. However, we did have some concerns with regards to its cleanliness. We had to reach out to the management to request a backyard cleanup, which they promptly responded to and took care of the next day. Although there were a lot of catkins falling from the trees, which made it difficult to maintain the yard's cleanliness, we understood that this was beyond their control. However, we did notice some issues with the floors not being cleaned properly. Additionally, we discovered food particles in one of the beds, which was quite concerning. We believe that the property owners need to pay closer attention to their cleaning crew's work and ensure they do their job thoroughly. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay overall.

Great location and floor plan but needs some updates

We loved our time at Blueberry Chill overall due to location, layout of bedrooms and living spaces, pool and entertaining spaces! There were some broken items in the house when we arrived which was no big deal but need attention. The kitchen is not well stocked but was fine if you are not cooking big meals. Finally, it needs a deep clean. Our group was not bothered by these items but I think the home needs attention for future rentals.

This house is advertised as new ITS NOT! Beware!

I don’t even know where to start.. The check in process is a joke you have to drive to their office first and then to the house after a 12 hour drive we just wanted to get to the house.. When we arrived I saw the white door around the handle was all black from their on I knew it was going to be bad but it was even worse than I thought. I had family from Europe visiting wanted to show them that the art of the State unfortunately it turned out to be an embarrassment. We were all shocked how dirty the was, when you walk in you see the wall is dirty and nasty baseboards have not been dusted God know how long, the oven was disgusting it looked like someone threw up in there, carpets were nasty upstairs looked like someone threw up all over it the bedrooms were gross too cheap bed cheap furnishings everywhere and of course if you look around there was dust on it he headboards all the fans and the wall. Ok I’m not talking a little dust I mean it was thick through out the house. The bathrooms were a joke you can tell it was never clean and the tubs were black I had to go out to the store but cleaning products so we can use it. Soap scum was left on all the faucets towel holder was broken toilets never scrubbed. The bed sheets were all gross as well I found spots and blood on mine I even took pictures of all this I called them they said they will switch out only 1 cover and much later in the night they sent clean ones in a trash bag!!😆 needles to say I didn’t use it!! Smelled bad

Family Vacation 2023

The house was very dusty and dirty upon arrival. Not sure one of the bedrooms had been cleaned. The bedding was visibly soiled along with the box spring covers. There was also dried vomit on the nightstand and carpeting between the beds. The management was quick to act and correct with the exception of the dirty nightstand and carpeting stating they did not have the resources to clean the furniture or carpeting. We put a towel over the carpet and put the nightstand out in the hallway. The towel rack in one of the bathrooms was barely hanging due to cracked drywall-a tension rack was used to quickly repair. The other bathroom had a ripped shower curtain and was not replaced after reporting. The garbage disposal was initially shut off but was turned on once reported. The grills were very dirty. Would recommend the owners think about kitchen items - Keurig needed - replacing items such as pots and pans- very old and worn. The TVs were old and cable boxes were not functioning correctly.. a gas grill is also needed- grills provided were cheap and small. Most homes have some type of welcome - this home did not have and did not feel welcoming. Owners need to be aware of the cleaning issues.

Great house, great location!

We had a total of 11 people, 5 adults and 6 kids and we fit comfortably. The house was very nice and the perfect location to easily walk down to the community pool and beach. Also plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here if ever in North Myrtle Beach again.

This was not a good experience for my family nor myself.

The bedroom next to the master bedroom was 75 degrees the entire week and the fan did not work. It was reported broken to my arrival and during my stay and nothing was done. Wifi information was not located anywhere in the house. The pool furniture were very filthy hence we did not use them and property management was also rude when asked about pool cleaning. Its an overall beautiful home with poor property management follow through. Overall rating is a 2.5 because of location and the check-in process.

Perfect location

This property was minutes from the beach with the most amazing amenities. I would like the check in process to be more convenient like other properties with on site codes and not having to go to an office at certain times. We also had some faulty lights but someone came by quickly to try and fix. Couldn’t replace at the time but the response time was impressive. Would definitely stay again.
