Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Size wise--- small. My mom was in a wheel chair and couldn't get through any of the bathroom doorways. They were very narrow, even without a wheelchair. Cleaning/Management tried to tell us that we lost wrist bands when they were never provided. Tried to charge us.Building itself is very outdated.
