This was a great location!!! Beautiful sunrise and ocean view!!! The only reason for 4 stars is bed could use updating like new frame and mattress and updated appliances. The appliances didn't matter to us because we only stayed one night but if someone was to stay longer I'm sure they would want afore up to date mattress atleast and appliances. Owners were very easy to get a hold of and always responded immediately which was very nice. As far as staying here again if I was a hotel kind of person sure but I would rather a house with a pool..

After receiving a text message with the door code and being given a time for an early check-in, we went to the room, entered the code and began to enter the room. Screams from the other side of the door indicated the unit was still occupied. After many discussions with the property manager, they refused to give us a refund. We did not feel safe knowing the entry code was given to us while still occupied. Would they give the code to the next renters while we were still in the unit? The hallway and steps leading to the unit were disgusting as the smell of marijuana wafed through the air. We told the unit manager we were not comfortable staying there and were forced to pay a large sum of money to find new accommodations. The property manager refused to give us a refund stating the contract check in time was 4 pm. However the rental contract also said the property manager would notify us if an early check in was available, which they did by text message, and which led to the issues of entering an occupied unit. We were treated rudely throughout the ordeal. I would never recommend this to anyone else.

The place wasn’t very clean at all. Heard a lot of other guest complain about mold and bed bugs in their room. The pool wasn’t clean either.

We needed to find a last minute stay when our other rental was canceled and this room worked well. The kitchen, while all completely functional, could use a touch of updating. However, the view from the balcony, and the ease of access to the ocean, was wonderfully relaxing and just what we wanted.
