Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication

This was my worst stay. The AC was broken on the hottest day of the year upon arrival & half the lightbulbs were burned out, not to mention all the floors were soaked w/condensation. It was 85 degrees in the unit. I spent all evening trying to get ahold of someone & the vendor didn’t arrive until 10pm. At around 11, it was cooling down. However, the AC unit was so loud, it kept me up all night. It is the original one since built in 1989. I was out the whole next day. Upon arrival back, the AC was broken again. The vendor didn’t arrive this time until 11. After another sleepless night, I requested the property management company a partial refund. They refused and continually gave me the runaround.
